Riber Gustafson | President

Mr. Gustafson is the Owner of R&R Consulting. He has had a successful track record of various positions within international companies. Mr. Gustafson has lived, worked and experienced numerous cultures in different countries, and has held executive positions within product marketing, sales, aftermarket management, product support and project management. His cross-cultural experience, language skills, people and customer focus through the years bring unique added value to his clients. His key competencies lie within strategic and operational leadership and management skills. He is familiar with how to reduce constraints between people and processes in highly matrixed organizations.


Anders Rydberg | Treasurer

Mr. Rydberg started his life and career in Sweden, then moved to North Carolina in connection with an expatriate assignment with Ericsson 2002. He has held various leadership positions at different global organizations within the area of product development  and management. Mr. Rydberg was active in the Swedish-American business community for the last decade, including a period as President of SACC-Carolina, and a board member of SACC-US.


Cissi Couch | Secretary

Mrs. Couch was born in Sweden and moved to the US as a student. With dual citizenship and education in business administration she started her career as sales representative in the highly competitive fashion industry. She advanced rapidly to a position as VP of Sales, responsible for the North American market with employees and sales representatives in both the USA and Canada. After 14 years in the fashion industry, Cissi decided to join her husband in managing their family owned company with primary responsibility for Finance, administration and business development.

Lars Astrom | Webmaster

Mr. Astrom works as a Assistant Director, Senior User Experience Designer for Moody's Analytics where he is responsible for interface design, development, and user experience for financial web applications. He has worked in various information technology roles including release management, project management, graphic design and web development for over 15 years and is a certified Microsoft Application developer. Originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, he immigrated in 1996 and, as of 2007, has dual citizenship.


Johan Hultin

Mr. Hultin is Sr Director, Commercial Vehicles at Alten Engineering, a global engineering firm based in France with US offices in Greensboro, NC, Detroit , MI, Denver, CO and San Diego, CA. He previously served the Volvo Group for 15 years in multiple international leadership positions, including Chief Engineer Americas, Telematics. Prior to his Alten and Volvo tenures, Mr. Hultin ran his own Carolina-based consultant company focusing primarily on IT/Security and Project Management, following a 10-year career leading software- and robotics development for industrial automation across all continents of the globe. Mr. Hultin is a naturalized US citizen, born in Sweden, and holds an MSEE from Chalmers University.



Magnus Natt och Dag

Mr. Natt och Dag, an American citizen with Swedish heritage, is the owner of Effectum Consulting Group, helping Swedish companies entering the US market. Mr. Natt och Dag was previously the President & General Manager for Saab Barracuda LLC. Mr. Natt och Dag has also held numerous Chief Financial Officer positions throughout his career. Since 2006 Mr. Natt och Dag serves as the Swedish Honorary Consul for North and South Carolina. In this capacity Mr. Natt och Dag represents the interests of Sweden in the Carolinas and more particularly, those of the Swedish citizens who reside here.



Tommy Postek

Tommy Postek is an attorney with Smith Anderson’s Employment, Labor, and Human Resources practice. Prior to joining SACC-Carolinas, Tommy served as the vice president for SACC-Colorado. Within SACC-Carolinas, Tommy chairs the chapter’s recruitment and membership committee. Outside of work, Tommy enjoys woodworking, cooking, basketball, golf, spending time with his family, and brood of pets on a farm he owns in Stokesdale, North Carolina. Born and raised in Malmö, Sweden, Tommy speaks several languages, including English, Swedish, and Polish. Tommy has lived in the US since 2010.



Nina Parker

Nina is one of the Triangle’s most successful real estate professionals, and more importantly, one of the happiest people in the industry. She brings joy, optimism, and charisma to our entire organization. Nina is originally from Sweden and made her way to the U.S. as a teenager. She began her career in human resources and later discovered her love for real estate. She built one of the area’s leading boutique real estate firms and then led that team to become the founders of Keller Williams Legacy, now the highest-performing office in all of Western Wake County. Great food, travel, horseback rides, and raising a beautiful family with her husband, Ben, are all part of how she defines the good life.



Einar Thodal-Ness

Mr. Thodal-Ness was born in Stockholm, Sweden.  He has 37 years’ experience from the business world in 29 countries and 22 US states. Einar spent the vast majority of his career working for Swedish bank SEB  He has lived and worked in New York, Washington DC, Tampa Bay (Florida), Holly Springs, NC, Tokyo, Stockholm, and Malmö. Board experience from Sweden, Luxemburg, Tokyo, Singapore, New York, and Washington DC. An avid sports fan, 15 years as a season ticket holder for the New York Rangers and Tampa Bay Lightning. He also enjoys attending AIK football (soccer) games in the summer. Einar is a naturalized US citizen, is married with 2 grown sons. He recently relocated to Holly Springs after many years in western Florida. Member of The Year recipient 2004 at the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce, New York.



Fredrik Klevenfeldt 

Mr. Klevenfeldt currently works as Director of Brand Marketing Communications at Volvo Trucks North America in Greensboro, North Carolina, where he oversees all external communications. He has gained over 25 years of experience within the commercial vehicle industry working for Volvo Trucks in North America, Sweden, Austria, and Germany in different management positions within sales & marketing, business, and retail development. Mr. Klevenfeldt has a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Växjö University, Sweden.


Goran Rohman

Mr. Goran Rohman is Vice President Volvo Treasury North America, responsible for Treasury Risk Management for North and South America. Strong finance professional skilled in Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Foreign Exchange (FX) Options, and Funding.  Originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, with a bachelor’s degree from Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law, Goran moved to the US in 1998 and is now a US naturalized citizen. Goran relocated to North Carolina in 1999 with his late wife Dorothy and his now two grown daughters.  In addition to spending time with friends and family, Goran likes to ski, mountain bike, golf and play racquet sports.  Goran presently lives in Greensboro, NC.



Nicklas Bylund 

Mr. Bylund currently works as Director of Engineering Projects at Sandvik Coromant in Mebane, North Carolina, where he manages project teams with members in the USA, and 15 other countries. Mr. Bylund has worked 15 years in the tooling industry in various technical, and managerial positions. Prior to his work at Sandvik Coromant he worked at SSAB, Ford, and Volvo cars in Sweden, and Germany. Mr. Bylund, holds a Ph.D. an MBA, a MSEE, as well as a French Engineering degree. He speaks 6 languages including his native Swedish. After 10 years in Chicago, including several as a SACC-Chicago BOD member, he moved to NC in 2022 and became a member of SACC-Carolinas' BOD.


Thomas Swanson | Emeritus Director

Mr. Swanson is the Founder of SACC-Carolinas. Mr. Swanson has held positions with management roles in the IT and Pharmaceutical industries. He has led a number of economic development trips to Sweden with the NC Department of Commerce and regional economic development offices. Thomas served as a director on the national BOD’s Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce USA, Inc. and a member of the Executive Committee. Thomas was a member of “Advantage Sweden” organized by the Embassy of Sweden for trade discussions. In addition, he successfully lobbied the Embassy of Sweden and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for an Honorary Consulate in North Carolina. Provided leadership for an International Business & Trade Symposium which Included US Department of Commerce, NC Department of Commerce, Embassy of Sweden, Consulate of Germany, and Consulate of Russia. Topics included: Immigration & Workforce issues, Relocation, Logistics, and Taxation. Thomas is retired and currently serves on the boards of three non-profits in Raleigh.
