Saturday the 28th of September we had the annual SACC Crayfish party at Keller Williams Realty in Apex NC. It was a great party with almost seventy participants from both North Carolina, and all the way from South Carolina. We had freshly boiled crayfish, and gravadlax in large quantities from the organizers as well as many exciting dishes brought by the participants.
