The evening begins with a networking reception and light hors d’oeuvres, offering time to connect with fellow local business leaders. Our panel will share firsthand experiences navigating and scaling in the U.S. market—what worked, what didn’t, and key lessons in hiring, operations, and cultural and regulatory factors, including what they would approach differently today. We’ll close the evening with continued networking and conversation over refreshments.
